  • Graduate research assistantship available in the areas of soil environmental chemistry of trace metals, specifically
    • Biogeochemistry of trace metals in soils, water, plants and wastes
      • Phytoremediation of arsenic contaminated soils and water
      • Lead biogeochemistry in shooting range soils

·         You need the following to Study at UF
1. Apply for admission to University of Florida at http://www.admissions.ufl.edu/grad/
2. A letter of application, i.e. why you would like to study at UF
3. A statement of research/teaching goals, i.e. what you would like to accomplish
4. Your resume or vita
5. Three letters of recommendation
6. All your college transcripts
7. GRE > 1,100 (the first two sections).
8. TOFEL (>550-paper/213-computer/80-internet)
